I'm starting to think this website is a joke. How do you have a child that is dying,and constantly have to realize that no help is coming. People will always say "oh, i'll pray for her, our entire church is praying for her." Thank you, but my apartment manager won't accept prayers for rent, prayers won't put gas in the car or help with all the endless bills that just keep coming. I am a person of faith so don't jump on that band wagon. What I need is someone who really wants to help. I cannot take another person (of financial means) say "let me know if you need anything" and do NOTHING when asked. DON'T OFFER IF YOUR ANSWER IS GOING TO BE NO!!!!!! Please understand when someone is completely defeated and they need help, real help, do something to help. Have a bake sale, or ask the people in your church to help, or have a fund raiser, anything. Don't gather old cans of beans for a person that can't eat. If you truly care, do something to HELP!!!
My daughter Stacie is now admitted to the mental health hospital trying to get help on how
to cope and deal with her body and all the surgeries she has undergone, her weight is just under 80lbs.
Most people that see her think she has an eating disorder, but the fact is ,she would love to be able
to eat she just can't. It's heartbreaking to see your child starving and not be able to feed them.
Everything at this time has to go through a feeding tube. We are hoping to find someone that can help us get on our feet. I need to find a way to get a house for us, just some little home where we can live. Right now I'm in a little studio and about to be evicted so I need to try to raise enough money to get moved in case Stacie gets better and can come home. Times are so hard right now but hopefully someone will see this and be able to help.
